What are you going to do?
• As a team leader you provide daily operational management to a group of employees.
• In this position you are responsible for the coordination of logistics processes.
• You coordinate the different warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• You manage and coach the employees in your team to optimize their performance, motivation and development.
• You ensure good and safe (internal) transport.
• You ensure the correct administrative handling of goods flows.
• Report and assist supervisor in all daily tasks.
• You work closely with the other Team Leaders.
Who are we looking for?
• You have an MBO work level.
• You are experienced in coaching employees.
• You have the necessary logistics experience in a managerial position.
• You have good communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
• A good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• You are willing to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
