Resource Planner

We are Sesé, a leading Spanish business organization in the comprehensive logistics sector. We have a team of more than 12,000 people in 22 countries and we are currently looking to recruit talent for our warehouse in Amsterdam. The warehouse is growing and we are searching for a Resource Planner.

What are you going to do?

• Plans and allocates warehouse resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.;
• Plan daily resource allocation (staff, equipment, space, transportation;
• Forecast workload and adjust resources;
• Coordinate with logistic and airfreight teams;
• Resolve operational issues in real-time;
• Analyzing data and KPI’S and optimize workflows;
• Monitor performance and drive improvements;
• Use warehouse and other systems for efficiency tracking;
• Coordinate with temp agencies;
• Close cooperation with Operations manager, business process controller, HR and supervisors;
• Problem solving mindset and focused on improvements;
• Close cooperation with Operations manager, business process controller, HR and floor;

Who are we looking for?

• 2 years experience with logistical planning and workforce coordination;
• Technical skills: Familiarity with logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting KPI’s;
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other departments, suppliers and customers;
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment in which unexpected situations can arise;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong xls and PBI skills;
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders;
• Performs well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is flexible with working hours and available when needed;
